Fabrications
Steloy Foundries operates in conjunction with a number of competent partners to supply the required assemblies in accordance with our clients’ exacting specifications. The metal casting and fabrication solutions that we offer from our state-of-the-art facilities currently include different configurations of heater coils (reformer, cracking, catalyst), and harps and collectors, using the quality cast components (static castings and centrifugally cast tubes/pipes) that we produce on a regular basis.
Related wrought components (as indicated in Tables 4 and 6 of API 560) are acquired from approved suppliers and the machining of cast components is conducted by Steloy Foundries. This includes pull boring of cast tube inner surfaces, machining of outer surfaces of cast tube, and machining of weld preps on static castings as well as cast tube.
